The Facebook native ad icon is missing in every ad(Bidding integeration). I have tried different layouts and different ids but the native ad icon is not showing.

maxakash commented 2 years ago

@ihassanali259 While integration facebook native ads and testing it, I am getting 204 code in mediation debugger. Did you get it too?

ihassanali259 commented 2 years ago

Yes ,Facebook native and banner ads do not show in test mode.Only the interstitial ads show in the test mode.

pkariuki commented 2 years ago

Same issue heare, Native Facebook icon image does not show (also admob in some cases). Also Advertiser text does not show at all except in applovin test ad.

maxakash commented 2 years ago

Are you talking about live ads or test ads?

Live ads.

ihassanali259 commented 2 years ago

IMG_20220117_123958 You can check the sample live ad here. It's missing the icon. All other assets are complete except this.

maxakash commented 2 years ago

I think this is violation of FAN policy.

I am using manual layout for my native ads but my update is still pending. Will check whether the icon show up or not.

ihassanali259 commented 2 years ago

Yes it is. These are required resources in FAN.

Hey yall - just pushed out Facebook adapter v6.8.0.4. Should fix the issue.

pkariuki commented 2 years ago

@thomasmso I updated to Facebook adapter v6.8.0.4 but the issue persists.

maxakash commented 2 years ago

@thomasmso I updated it too to v6.8.0.4, can't load Facebook test ads even through the debugger. Also getting 0% fill rate from Facebook and other networks.

@pkariuki - thanks for the update. Taking a look at the issue now. @maxakash - this is a separate topic that is in the works. We'll update this thread once it's supported.

Regarding the Facebook native ad icon missing issue, a fix has been deployed in v6.8.0.5 of the adapters. Check it out and let us know if you continue seeing the issue!

@maxakash, since your issue is a bit different from this thread, feel free to open a separate report and we can continue the discussion there. Thanks!
