Remove old AppScalefiles #664

Because of the changes to the templates these had to be run outside a daily build, they were run with the latest-euca-xenial EMI

I am trying to rerun the failed Hawkeye, but I'm not sure if it should work, it is a 6 node deployment with 2 load balancers and we have ran into some issues with multiple load balancers.
