Paid/Unpaid not saved on contract #215

The value of the paid/unpaid radio button is not being reflected on generated contracts. Need to confirm is this is not being saved to the database, or if the saved value is not being set correctly when generating the contract PDF.

Paid status was being displayed, but unpaid status would not be indicated on the contract PDF.
