If assigned to RLC, remove from Lottery. #19

If a student applies for an RLC and is accepted, they are taken out of the Lottery and, wham bam thank you m'am, get that room.

Author: jtickle Note that they're not assigned right then, but they are getting a room, period. This is a nice way to bypass the lottery, because apparently the RLCs take just about everyone. On the other hand, though, they don't get to pick any roommates necessarily.

Author: jbooker Wait a sec... how could this ever happen? Only freshmen get into RLCs, and there shouldn't be any freshmen getting into the lottery...
