Consider ordering and nesting of equipment #4

Some items are an "attachment" to another item as shown below.

As well as the ordering issue, the case of weapon reloads needs this attachment to be modeled, the current 'guessed' approach is broken.

The current version already allows free manual ordering.

Another option is if the builder sorted items for you in a consistent order (ie. Heavy, Special, Basic, Pistol, Grenade, non-weapon, etc.).

I can certainly imagine some people might prefer this look

Skeletons in closet definitely noticed:

I can't find a way to select extra ammo for my slugga, rather than my Power Klaw (it keeps defaulting to a 43 point reload).
