[BUG] No icon appears on the home screen after installing iMemEditor #215

Describe the bug no icon of iMemEditor appears on the home screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: Install iMemEditor (https://igg-server.herokuapp.com/) via Installer 5 -> go to home screen.

Does the issue always occur when trying to reproduce it? Yes

Expected behavior Icon of that tweak appears on the home screen. If I install iMemEditor via Zebra icon appears immediately (don't even need respring).

Additional context "uicache -a -r" doesn't help

after disabling Cydown installation of iMemEditor goes correctly - icon successfully appears on the home screen
