[BUG] URL SCHEMES doesn’t save #231

Describe the bug When you try to add URL-SCHEMES under general options it doesn’t save. It changes back to default if you click back.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Click on General 2. Add URL SCHEMES 3. Click back. 4. Reopen the window

Does the issue always occur when trying to reproduce it? Yes

Expected behavior It should save.
