Added parsedeps command that will generate a dependency slice and write this to the slice output in the config (TODO: This will collide if slice mode is enabled too)
Enabled the usual Python post-processing passes for better data-flow and the import nodes to be generated
Added DependencySlice class as the result of parsedeps
Abstracted dependency scanning with XDependencyParser trait

Usage example atom parsedeps <path_to_dir> -l python
