Add json fallback #15

orjson is not available for most distros https://repology.org/project/python:orjson/versions

It would be nice to have a fallback to json if orjson is missing.

1.6.0 adds this fallback.

Yes I was. I created package for openSUSE https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:jayvdb:py-new/python-appthreat-vulnerability-db
