Preference window should be fixed height

The main window that appears every time the extension is launched as an app is vertically quite short:

• This hides the majority of blocklist options, forcing the user to scroll to view them.
• It's not immediately obvious that a scollable list is present, because the list background color and the window color are the same.

Because the list of blocklist options is not excessively long, the window could be just tall enough to show everything by default. Even when showing all options, the window's height (670 pixels) fits easily on any modern display.

I knew I could block the comments because I saw it on the screenshots on the App Store, but at first, I thought that this option had been removed, since I could only see three options, I had no way to guess that this list offers more options. So +1 for your suggestion.
