When the related video sidebar is hidden, the "disable Autoplay" toggle is also hidden. YouTube doesn't respect user preferences and re-enables it frequently. Since it's not possible to disable Autoplay when the sidebar is hidden, it would be nice if Focus would automatically disable autoplay.

Definitely worth considering. Doing so would require additional permissions, so I'm not sure if it's worth the tradeoff.

Is it possible to show the autoplay toggle while hiding the trending videos, while keeping the current permission level?

Great idea! I've looked into it and I believe this is possible. I'll implement this and include it in the next version.
