Unable to download metrics using DEXTER #132

Describe the bug Since, DEXTER stated that SAML and LDAP Authentication doesn't support what is an alternative which can be used to download metrics that support OKTA authenticated Account.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://xxxxxx.saas.appdynamics.com/'
  2. Click on 'XXXX' and provide a third party username and password for the identity provider
  3. post-login unable to download metrics as stated 401 unauthorized
  4. See an error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. Command run : ./AppDynamics.Dexter --job-file /Users/XXXX/Downloads/myjob.json returned 401 (Unauthorized)
