The app does not launch on a test Android device running with an Atom chip (a Hudl2). Nearly all mobile devices use an ARM processor of one type or another instead of an Atom chip.
Intel have stopped making Atom chips for mobile devices and were only ever used on a small fraction of the them anyway (currently there are 15,218 available devices listed in my Google Play Console)... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atom_(system_on_chip)
Something has changed in the most recent version of LiveCode in how it manages access to the ARM emulator used by Atom chips, I reported a bug to LiveCode http://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=20954 who will be bringing out a fix 'soon'.
