Port Management Issue causing session creation failure

Describe the bug

Device farm plugin is attempting to use the port which is already been used, and resulting in session not creating. also i feel we should improve on logging, appium logs are not getting actual root cause in exception

Hi @AnilPatidar This problem is fixed by @sudharsan-selvaraj. Can you update latest appium-device-farm (9.4.5) version please.

faced the same issue in latest version as well
