Baltop Broken #94

We have around ~250 users on our beta map, yet our baltop displays only 1 "unknown" user. I don't know what is causing this issue and is there a fix? We are using default settings with removing the "dollars" stuff and changing the translation.

Baltop Displays: [01] \<unknown> - 500.00
