Bring the focus to the opened link read page instead of displaying the message. #117

DES: Currently when a user selects the already opened link, a message box pop-ups informing the user that that particular link is already opened.

AC: When a user selects the already opened link, the focus should directly move to the read section of that already opened the link.

This issue has been fixed in both Leaves.lite and Leaves.topic. bring the focus to the opened link in read page
