362 257 band names, units, and other metadata for landsat products #383

fixes #362 and fixes #257. See #375 for the first attempt. Note I didn't take the time to test-merge and attempt to populate the datavariable table; instead I ran gips_process on a large set of landsat products.

The diff is substantially larger for reasons that are mysterious to me; both cherry-pick and rebase --onto resulted in several extra lines per product, but the extra lines are all useful for the dev branch eventually anyway, so I left them in.
