439 draft fix - adds tillage products to modis #454

Fixes #439. Copies the pattern in the modis indices product. Processing time for 1 scene & all four indices is about 1 minute on my l'il container.

Could I have @bhbraswell look at the diff and confirm my approach before I submit this "for real"? It went awfully fast and I want to make sure I didn't accidentally break anything. Can attach demo products if you wish.

I guess this version is too slow, alas; using gippy instead.
