add geometry table to ORM

need geometry table of geometries:(id, driver, name, wkt)

Starter list of spots where geometries will be added to the database:

• gips.data.core.Data.query_service and
• gips.inventory.dbinv.update_or_add_asset and
• gips.inventory.dbinv.update_or_add_product
