usgs.dataset_fields needs creds too #472

Thought I had tested that last PR w/o needing credentials, but it turns out that they are just cached somewhere ... so let's cache too!

This is working well on the cluster now in my venv. this will need to make it out to everyone soon for any landsat fetching.
