Alt+Shift+Y should show a snippet picker where the user can type a shortcut key (Similar to Alt+Shift+Y in Clippings, see https://aecreations.io/clippings/index.php)
Note that Alt+Shift+V is taken by the View menu in Google docs so can't be used. Y seems to be the safest and is likely why it was chosen by Clippings.
