Export Bus with pulse-mode auto crafting does not work as expected #7414

Describe the bug

An Export Bus with Redstone Card and Crafting Card is trying to craft the item every 2 pulses, rather than requesting it every single time.

This happens no matter if requesting processing or crafting.

How to reproduce the bug

See above.

Expected behavior

The Export Bus should request crafting each time receiving the redstone signal.

Same here. I can reproduce this in Minecraft 1.20.1 and AE2 15.0.21. Playing Prominence II Classic v2.6.0 (modified).
