Move to a gulp based build #4

This set of patches introduces a gulp based build. I didn't get gulp-gh-pages work as well as envisioned. Instead it's likely smarter to use https://gist.github.com/cobyism/4730490 .

I didn't do jsx related work yet. It's easy to build that on top of the build as a separate PR.

Nice work! I think once plexus-form has proper documentation and a test suite, it would be good to maintain a collection of examples as a separate project.
