Documenation Please #2

I've looked at this over and over and I still dont understand how you got the very pretty boarder around the title screen ad, as well as the nice movie icon for the video ads. I find the documentation very sparse in general for Unity Ads. Can you please point me in the right direction for how to make customized ad displays/placements?

The project has been revised. Will be adding additional documentation of the project in the README file.
