Deletion Policy String Validation #123

Added validation for non-parametrised deletion policy in offline validation This closes https://github.com/Appliscale/perun/issues/113

Before submitting a pull request, please make sure the following is done:

  1. Fork the repository and create your branch from master.
  2. Run make in the repository root.
  3. If you've fixed a bug or added code that should be tested, add tests!
  4. Ensure the test suite passes (make test).
  5. Format your code accordingly to the .editorconfig rules.
  6. Make sure your code lints (make code-analysis) and builds properly on Travis CI.
