Updating minimum deployment version to iOS 9 #135

Because Xcode 12 drops support for the iOS 8 deployment target, we need to upgrade AppsFlyerFramework's deployment target.

AppsFlyer SDK is built with code 11.0. Xcode 12 is compatible with the SDKs.
