AppsFlyer 6.13.0 support missing

On what Platform are you having the issue?

iOS and Android

What did you do?

As per recent AppsFlyer comms, we need to update to 6.13.0 ASAP (by March 6 2024) in order to not break Google ad performance. This is in relation to the new EU DMA.

What did you expect to happen?

We are looking to update so we can start sending the new DMA fields to Google.

What happened instead?

The official AF capacitor plugin doesn't appear to support the new SDK — and there isn't much time left before March 6th.

Please provide any other relevant information.

We need the capacitor plugin to support & forward these new config values to Google please:

1. gdpr_applies / eea
2. ad_personalization_enabled / ad_personalization
3. ad_user_data_enabled / ad_user_data
