Update Demo App , added DMA API's ,added set currency code for ios #299

Updated the SDK version to 6.13.0 for both Android and iOS. Added setCurrencyCode for iOS Added enableTCFDataCollection and setConsentData API's. Added AppsFlyerConsent class. Fixed Demo App functionality and UI.
