Add official documentation how to add and configure the Purchase Connector #313

What is the correct way to add measurement of the in app purchases and subscriptions in Flutter apps?

As I see the official way for Andorid, iOs, Unity is to configure and use Purchase Connector (https://support.appsflyer.com/hc/en-us/articles/7459048170769-ROI360-in-app-purchase-IAP-and-subscription-revenue-measurement)

There are instructions how to integrate with Android, iOS and Unity. E.g. the instructions for Android developers: https://dev.appsflyer.com/hc/docs/purchase-connector-android

Please add instructions for Flutter developers as well.
