Ensure all overrides properly fill in the taxon columns #201

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import a results CSV into the app.
  2. Choose an image on the map and override prediction to "Bird" on any photo.
  3. Export the modified CSV.

Expected behavior

The single modified row should have the taxon columns (wi_taxon_id, ...) filled in.

Actual behavior

It seems that choosing a "Bird" override doesn't fill in the taxon columns of the exported CSV. Perhaps there are more issues like that.

Would be useful but low priority as users can also input any number of species we might not have in the database, and they can also make typing errors if entering new species on the list.
