ONNX runtime error on Windows #359

On some Windows machines users get the following error when trying to run Mbaza 2.0.0:

We're a bit in the dark here; the app works fine on Windows 10 in our tests (checked on 2 different laptops and a virtual machine). We need to see if the issue persists on Mbaza 2.1.0 (built using a different machine, some dependencies were updated). We could also check if updating onnxruntime-node helps (as of now, we're at 1.12.1 while the latest version is 1.14.0).
