Adds shiny module reactableExtrasUI() and reactableExtrasServer() for server-side processing.
reactableExtrasUI() is a wrapper for reactable::reactableOutput() that page navigation UI to the reactable element.
reactableExtrasServer() is a wrapper for reactable::renderReactable() and reactable::reactable() for rendering the server-processed data to a reactable element.
