  1. Restructured README
  2. New style for GitHub page, Bootstrap 5 included
  3. Page generation moved to GitHub Actions, page code stored in a separate branch.

Looks good, although CI doesn't pass on Ubuntu due to PAT, it'd look better if it did

CI change is coming soon, so I'll just leave it like that.
