27-31 January Appsterdam HQ Volunteers #100

Start a new issue thread each week to coordinate key holders for Appsterdam HQ.

Key holder responsibilities include: Opening and/or closing the Appsterdam HQ workhotel at A Lab, putting out the Appsterdam banner, being available to let people into the building as needed, being welcoming and helpful to visitors of the workhotel, and contacting A Lab if there's anything wrong with the room (full contact details are in the doc linked below).

When confirming a volunteer day, please edit the schedule located at https://github.com/Appsterdam/open/blob/master/resources/FreeWorkspace.md

@tross6 I do have a key but am volunteering for today, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are up for giving the key back tonight, then I can help otherwise @tomvanarman should still have the key used over the weekend?

Thanks, Gavin. To move the convo here, here's my message from the old issue#98 that Gavin is referring to:

Is anyone at A Lab today (Monday) who could give me their key to use for hosting Speaker Training tonight? I'll be at A Lab at 17:45. I could then hand it off to someone on Wednesday when I'll be in Amsterdam again.

@tomvanarman , any chance you'll be at A Lab any time today?

And @g7morris , I don't mind giving the key back tonight, but I won't be finished until 9:30 or 10:00 pm. So that probably won't work. I mainly need it so I can go the door to let people in without getting locked out.

Hey guys. I have the key and will be coming to A Lab this afternoon to give it to Tara. Should be there around 15h.

Great, thanks @tomvanarman ! I won't be there until 5:45, but if you could leave it with @g7morris , I'll get it from him before he leaves for the day.
