New issue thread each week to coordinate key holders for Appsterdam HQ.

Key holder responsibilities include: Opening and/or closing the Appsterdam HQ workhotel at A Lab, putting out the Appsterdam banner, being available to let people into the building as needed, being welcoming and helpful to visitors of the workhotel, and contacting A Lab if there's anything wrong with the room (full contact details are in the doc linked below).

When confirming a volunteer day, please edit the schedule located at https://github.com/Appsterdam/open/blob/master/resources/FreeWorkspace.md

Hi All! Who has keys?

Lately there hasn't been any activity on Github for coordinating the opening and closing. Who has been doing it? Is it all going okay?

Hi Tara, welcome back! I still have the set you gave me. Workhotel has been really busy these past couple weeks with paying residents. I guess they have been open and locking up themselves.

I’m off to Santiago then Manchester and won’t be back until April 03. I need to give the set back to someone before Thursday night. Any takers?

Erm, I safekeeping Giovanni's key ATM and my daily routines are so messed that I'm not really in a position to open and close the office. Anyone up for taking over the key and associated responsibilities?

Chips, I wish I had taken the key. Now in front of a closed door and Anne is not there. Is there anyone coming w/ a key today?

Yes, we need to get back on-track with the key handling/volunteering, recruit more people, etc.!

OR maybe come up with a new solution with A Lab. Will think about this.

Francisca, surely/hopefully someone else with a spot in the Workhotel will show up soon!

@FranciscaKapar in the meantime, I'm sure the Coffee Virus guys wouldn't mind if you sat there and worked for awhile.

Hey fellow key holders, I’ve given a set of Appsterdam keys to Anna@codum. Those of you that need them stop by his office at the end of the hall to pick them up. Cheers, -Tom
