24-28 March Appsterdam HQ Keyholder Volunteers #111

New issue thread each week to coordinate key holders for Appsterdam HQ.

Key holder responsibilities include: Opening and/or closing the Appsterdam HQ workhotel at A Lab, putting out the Appsterdam banner, being available to let people into the building as needed, being welcoming and helpful to visitors of the workhotel, and contacting A Lab if there's anything wrong with the room (full contact details are in the doc linked below).

Hi there! I'm in Amsterdam (exclusively to get into Appsterdam!) from March 24th to April 26th. I'm not familiar with the key holding procedures, but I'd love to participate!

Hi Bruno! Great to hear from you, and welcome!

The info in the first post here pretty much sums up the responsibilities. I will be at A Lab on Wednesday and can chat with you about it then. In the meantime, @magnusdahl1 , do you want to hand over your key to Bruno if you're both there at the same time?

Or, are there any other "experienced keyholders" around who could show Bruno the details, and help him get the other key from Anne in the Codum office?

I'm here at the A Lab right now. I'll be around until 18:00. Anyway, I'll be here tomorrow too, then we can chat.

I got a key. Today (wednesday 26), Thursday(27) and Friday(28), I'll stay in A-Lab until ~20:00 and so I can close the Appsterdam HQ. I'll be pretty much doing the same thing until I leave Amsterdam on April 26th.

I can also open the HQ when needed, just ping me on twitter @brunokoga. Otherwise I'll come to the HQ every weekday after noon (around 2pm).
