Open Twitter Account #2

We should create a new Twitter account (i.e. @OpenAppsterdam) specifically for tweeting automated notifications of notable changes to this repository, so interested parties can receive those notifications via Twitter.

Pushes will be tweeted. Tweak settings here and search for twitter.
