As mentioned in this conversation about moving into A Lab, we should have a schedule of who's going to be the door opener/closer on what days. Our hours should be 09:00-18:00.

This week, July 29-Aug 2:

Mo - Opener: Judy, Closer: Tara Tu - Opener/Closer: Judy We - Opener/Closer: Mike Th - Opener/Closer: Judy or Gavin? Fr - Opener/Closer: Gavin

How can we keep a better schedule and how can we publicize it?

I will be able to do Friday. @tross6, till what time will you be there on Thursday? @spllr could I get permissions to edit the schedule?

Valentina, that's great if you do Wed afternoon.

Now we just need someone for Wed morning.

I don't know how to edit the schedule doc. Is there a non-code-looking way to do it?

Timo, I see I didn't answer your question. I will be here on Thursday all day, but I have some meetings in the afternoon, so it would be good if someone else was here, too.

So here's the schedule--

Tue 10 Sept: @tross6 and @ribeto Wed 11 Sept: Morning ???? / afternoon @PlayfulPandas Thu 12 Sept: @tross6 (@timodewinter as afternoon backup?) Fri: 13 Sept: @timodewinter

So we still need someone for Wed morning.

If we can't find anyone for Wednesday morning, I'll do it. But I'll keep looking.

I can help out Wednesday morn, but I must return home for baby duty ~2pm. Is that workable?

Ron, can you come get the key sometime today? It's best to get the one Hristo has. I need mine for Pitch Club tonight, which ends at 10:00pm.

I just updated the schedule. I'll swing by ~1pm to get the keys and work a few hours.

I won't be able to be a backup on Thursday afternoon since I will be in Hilversum all day, @tross6 I will ask my brother to pick up the keys in the afternoon since I wont be back until 6-6.30. Sorry it's so complicated!

I still have my keys to open for tomorrow.

Timo said his brother can come get my key for him so he can open on friday.

Valentina, could you come for some time tomorrow afternoon to be a backup? I have some meetings I need to attend. Then we could get your key, too.

We still need to arrange next week. I am booked today and need to focus, but I will look at it tomorrow.

Anyone, feel free to volunteer for next week.

To close, you need to:

Pull in the Appsterdam banner Turn off the lights Close the little side door and push down the latches at the top and bottom. Wave the fob over the bottom part of the alarm box to the left of the door in our room. (It will start beeping, and you have 20 seconds to get out) Step out and close the big door Lock the deadbolt with the key

Also, who wants to do which days next week?

I can do Monday and Wednesday.

Casper Koomen is back in town, and he can tentatively do Thursday the 19th.

So that's: Mon 16th: @tross6 Tue 17th: ??? Wed 18th: @tross6 Thu 19th: @casperkoomen (tentative) Fri 20th: ???

as I said, I can only do wednesday and thursday afternoon, and monday only until 1730

@tross6 What time is should my brother (or maybe my mom if he can't) pick up the keys today. You mentioned that you had a couple meetings this afternoon?

@tross6 just search for an issue name in the search box on the top of the page and it will find, even if it's closed.

You cal also look at the closed issues but selecting the closed tab.

Migrate back to this issue from #51 or introduce a convention with one of these tickets for every week with week numbers and then close them at the end of that week.

@PlayfulPandas The Comment and Comment & Close buttons are next to each other.

It's a mistake everybody makes at least ones :-) . If it happens again, you will see that the comment box has reopen buttons iso a close button. You can use to open the issue again.
