Decide on funding mechanic for the event (see #29).

@tross6: I think it's a good idea to ask Softlayer if they'd like to sponsor. Even if it's just a couple hundred Euro's, it would make a difference. :)

Martinus, Danny, Gavin and I were chatting at A Lab today. Suggestion was to make the suggested donation amount a solid 5 euros per person, and to enable paypal on Meetup to allow people to pay in advance.

AH delivery, estimated cost = ~€73

Beer x 3 crates (of 24 .33 cl bottles) = €42 Cola, Spa, etc = €10 Snacks (chips, kaas blokjes, etc) = €10 Bordjes, bekers, bestek, servietten = €5 (might not need, will check the Appsterdam closet @ BounceSpace tomorrow) Delivery = €5.95

I'm going to add that if people donate €20 or more, they can get an Appsterdam shirt. If anyone thinks that's a bad idea, let me know.
