We can do loempia again through Danny's contact. 1.25 eu each. Some veg and some chicken. Then Danny and I were talking about getting some other snacks from Aldi and/or Lidl, like nuts, smoked salmon, chocolates.

77 RSVP's so far. If 60% show up, that's about 50 people. If 75% show up, that's 60 people. I estimate we'll have at least 60.

I'll do an order from Albert Heijn: beer, non-alcoholic drinks, snacks(?), plates, cups, napkins, utensils. Let me know if you think of anything else.

Sounds good. For the snacks, Danny and I talked about getting some things from Aldi or Lidl, like chips, dip, chocolates, with a <50 eu budget (he said it's inexpensive and they have good snack-type things). We were thinking maybe Sita could pick them up, but I see on the RSVPs that she can't make it to the party. I'll get with Danny on that. When do you need to make the AH order?

Beer x 3 crates (of 24 .33 cl bottles) = €42 Cola, Spa, etc = €10 Snacks (chips, kaas blokjes, etc) = €10 Bordjes, bekers, bestek, servietten = €5 (might not need, will check the Appsterdam closet @ BounceSpace tomorrow) Delivery = €5.95

A Lab is donating 2.5 crates (60 bottles of beer) and 12 bottles of wine (6 white, 6 rosé). I put the white wine in our fridge. Dunno if rosé also needs to be chilled? The beer is in A Lab's office.

As of right now we have 94 people RSVP's, plus I know of four other people who haven't RSVP'd yet on the site. That's roughly 100. So we're assuming about 80 people will show up.

Danny will take care of the loempia ordering and delivery. I'll give him the number tonight. 2 loempia per person.

Danny will also get chips, salsa, nuts, and chocolates from Lidl for us, so Judy is removing those snacks from the AH order.

Talked to Anne this morning. He said we should expect some people from around the building to show up. Some have RSVPd, but not all. I'm wondering if we should up the beer order.

This is the AH order I'm putting in, with 5 crates of beer. I opted to go for the "nicer" plastic cups, plates, and napkins because I hate those cheap white ones. The cost is much more than at first estimated, but whatever is over budget, I will cover.

Looks good. You shouldn't have to cover anything, though. We should be getting donations, too. Do we still have our nice donation box from the b-day party?
