Existing wiki should be moved to github #4

Content on the existing Appsterdam wiki should be moved to Github if we agree that the wikia version is deprecated.

Hmm, I accidentally duplicated this issue :-). Can't delete the dupe from the iPhone.

@spllr: Not sure what you mean, but Charlie Fuller started the wiki for me. charlie@rotorware.com

Except to shut it down, I don't think the credentials a required to move the content over. It's a cut-and-paste job. I have an account there though.

Anyone can have an account there. I don't really know where to begin with moving it over to GitHub. If someone starts that process, I can help finish the move.

Began moving over info from wikinet to GitHub, beginning with Housing Info.
