So, it's that time of year again, huh? :+1:
Thumbz up ;)
Can't wait to get totally wasted in the middle of nowhere outside Bremen looking for cabbage and sausage...wait...

A kohlfahrt ("cabbage journey") is an old Bremen tradition of walking through the woods with your friends, dragging a wagon full of booze and snacks, playing silly games all along the way, and ending at a giant feasting hall where you dine on a buffet of sausages, potatoes, and of course, kohl. Basically, it's just a big excuse to get together with a large group of friends and get drunk together. For you non-drinkers out there, take it from a fellow non-drinker (myself), this is still a ton of fun.
Appsterdam and CocoaHeads Bremen will celebrate our 4th annual kohlfahrt sometime in January or February. We've already started planning and because we have to reserve the restaurant well in advance, we want to know: Are you thinking of joining? If so, gimme a !

Oh, and a second attempt, who knows: (Y) << nope, GitHub 2 - me 0 ;)
Protip @MMerel Type a ":" and some emoji options will pop up.
Another protip for all: Use your Twitter handle as your GitHub handle.
@judykitteh thanks - will probably take me some browsing around to figure it all out, but at least I can now say:

If you're not sure whether you can make it or not, it's better to be included in the count now so we can overestimate the number rather than underestimate and try to add more spaces later.
OK. please add me then. :-)
How many days does this last? I'm thinking about it too :+1:
@tross6 Hooray!
@ribeto Typically it's 3 days:
If you want to arrive separately on Saturday, that's fine, but it's a bit less fun :)
If possible, we can rent some cars if anyone has EU drivers' licenses. If not, we'll take the train. Either way, it's about 4 hours of travel each way.
Here are the people I have so far: @jojppa @chbeer @kpbode @fasttorwa @ck2germany and Alexander Friedrich @jjungnickel and Katja Peschke @uliwitness @dennisreimann Steve Liedtke @ElGrowZone @Zettt @trailblazr Vitalij + 1 @alexrepty @yumyoko @bulusoy @meils

:+1:
I'm in!
It's official: we reserved a restaurant for February 15th. We hold 35 spots at the moment.
@Yumyoko W00t!
Hi everybody, please sign up on the official Kohlfahrt site: http://www.meetup.com/Appsterdam/events/156762862/ Places can run out, so hurry up. If you aren't sure if you can make it, leave us a comment.
I've just sent an email to everyone who RSVP'd yes on the Meetup, regarding travel and accommodations. Be sure to read it!
If you haven't RSVP'd yet, what are you waiting for?! ;P
Closing this issue since the kohlfahrt is this weekend and I think we've got all logistics covered by now. :)
Yeehaw, see y'all soon - really looking forward to the Kohl and the tour :)
