Assistance needed for checking in RSVPs on our New Year's Drink #94

We have our New Year's Drink on Friday 17:00.

I'd would like some assistance in checking in our guests and distributing the drink tokens. With a couple of people we can cover the first hour or so in a few shifts.

Both @erikr and I would be happy to take on a shift. Will we need to be there before 17:00?

Through the tweet there is a fifth person. With five, we can manage. The reception desk should be attended from 17:00 to about 18:15, or maybe 18:30.

It would be good to be a little in advance, say 16:45.
