error while update package

i got this error while trying to update package from apricityos mirror:

Erreur: failed retrieving file 'python2-powerline-git-1:r2549.31fd9e6-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from static.apricityos.com : SSL: couldn't create a context: error:140A90F1:lib(20):func(169):reason(241)

is there something that i forgot to do? i installed apricity about few week (middle of july) so i think i have the latest release (but we are on a rolling release , so...)
