Research hosting platform alternative #13

Heroku has stopped supporting their free tier plan. We need to research if there is another platform which lets us host full-stack application that offers a free tier.

These are the platforms I've heard of, but haven't looked at in detail:

This is cool. I'll check out the video later. I also want to wait to see what Leon shows us because he's been working on this. We'll probably use what he suggests.
