Added Solarized color palettes #83

I put them in their own category in the palettes JSON, since they don't belong in either of the others. There's now enough palettes to make the palette menu show up with a scroll bar, at least on my device.

User-facing changes

Three new color palettes, based on Solarized

Technical explanation

Added 3 new CSS files and then added the themes as options to the Palettes JSON

The goal of this addon is not to incorporate other custom palettes. I apologise that the interface for managing custom palettes is still unfinished, but the goal is to let anyone define, import, and export custom palettes without them needing to be added to the core like this.
