This is a behavior of Tumblr Savior. The dev refuses to turn it off by default and sometimes the setting gets stuck, but in theory you should (usually) be able to toggle it off in its settings without removing the extension. I've seen about six reports of this in the tags in the past day or so, so I think the extension has majorly screwed something up.
I recommend using the built-in Tumblr tag and content filtering options instead anyway: they work on both the mobile apps and your browser, for one thing. You can customize the appearance of the native filtered posts (hiding them completely or making them smaller) using Tweaks.
I'm sort of tempted to tag this as wontfix
instead of closing it because we're probably about to get about a billion people reporting it.

Posts no longer show url (source, reblog, or my own) at the top of individual posts within a reblog chain, in the post header. Unsure if this is an XKit issue or Tumblr source code changing.
