New feature: Find Inactives #989

Concept

NewXKit had a feature where you could find inactive blogs that you followed and it would put them all in a list with their last known activity (i.e. JohnSmith ..... 2 years ago) I found this really useful to clear out old blogs that I not only didn't want to follow anymore, but that were just straight up dead.

I am following 5K people (mostly from before the great purge of 2018. I need a way to bulk unfollow the all accounts with no posts since 2019
