not compatible Phpstorm EAD 2022 #18

Plugin 'HighlightBracketPair' (version '1.3.2') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 213.* or older but the current build is PS-221.4501.163

@marcelloinfoweb Thank you for your report, the EAP version is too radical, and may not be updated in time.But the GA version will be supported in time.If necessary, I can release a pre version.
