@Howard229 We have confirmed that Rocky 8/9 has upgraded LLVM related package to 17 recently, which breaks our CI because 17 is not supported by PostgreSQL 11 any more. So I removed the RPM packaging test in GitHub Actions in #515.

Thanks for your reporting, you can rebase your branch with POLARDB_11_DEV and go on. Happy hacking on PolarDB-PG :)
